The challenge was in understanding our potential user base in order to build a satisfactory skeleton of both the business model and information architecture. The key was in establishing the standard of services across competitors, and identifying a market gap where our client could distinguish themselves.

Our approach began with extensive research to understand the target audience. From there, we crafted personas that guided our understanding of the user journey and informed our design for the app's information architecture. After defining these requirements, we created and refined wireframes based on peer feedback, then conducted interviews and usability testing to further improve ease-of-use.
